Online Planning Tools

Using Google, research Monday.com.

What is Monday.com, what is it used for, what is the benefits of using online planning tools?

Monday.com is a online management tool that allows companies and teams to manage tasks, group projects and teamwork. It allows organisations to track what the teams are doing, alongside deadlines and schedules, and it's customisable. Advantages include that it's stored on a database, so it's less likely to be lost than physical management which is bulkier and complicated (and means it can be transferred by convergence on excel, emails, etc). All team members can contribute (it can be accessed live / remote access, meaning progress can be checked). Money can be saved on transport and on office renting. Aesthetic-wise, the design is more appealing than alternatives. Ease of use and editable presets allow a marketing setup to be created.

Unfortunately, a lack of internet connection means that employees can't do their work, or server issues can cause data loss. Some devices do not support the tool (incompatible devices), and the risk of hacking could mean that important information can be taken. Incompetent team members and ones which do not know how to use technology may struggle.

One question could include the advantages of online management in comparison to traditional management.
